They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. "I was contacted by Total Mechanical Systems, LLC only moments after putting in a request on homeadvisor. I explained to Bob that we where remodeling our kitchen and wanted to have a pot filler installed asap as sheet rock was being installed in the morning and the pipe needed to be in place so they could sheet rock around it. He and Joey arrived at 7:30am and promptly installed the water line and pipe from the basement to 1st floor finishing the job as contractor arrived to start sheet rock. The main line (cast iron line in my cellar ) cracked. They came down and had to remove that pipe and re-plum over 100 feet of pipe.
