"<p>On a previous visit, when Joe had done other plumbing work in my house, he told me that my kitchen faucet would need to be replaced.  He also told me that I would need a new cartridge to fix a leak in one of the faucets in the master bathroom.  I ordered both of those items and Joe returned to install them.  The kitchen faucet was installed and works perfectly.  Unfortunately, the master bathroom faucet could not be removed to install the new cartridge without damaging the faucet.  I decided to replace the faucet, and Joe returned a week later to replace it.  It is now working perfectly.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Joe always arrives on time, is very professional, and all of the work he did in my house was done to my satisfaction.  I will definitely contact Joe for future plumbing work in my house.</p>"
