"I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.

"Excellent experience overall and I would recommend them to my friend without hesitation. The price is very competitive, $370 including stripping of old finish. The company is eager to have business grow, and will do everything to keep their outstanding reputation. This small company (3-4 workers) are very responsive. The contractor was very punctual, super nice, actually he called me to tell me he is going to be 5 min late because of traffic.  The tub was done in 3h, it did not smell much, could be used in 12h, but I think this is standard. One of the best advantage is the 5 year warrantee that covers everything and that is linked to the address, not to the name. So the warrantee is still valid for the new owner if you sell your house, or for the next tenant if you rent your place.  The tub look very professional.  The main issues were found upon close inspection, I am a detail freak. (1) The tub was apparently stripped by scraping leaving a surface with different depth at several places, just the thickness of the old coat, a fraction of a mm. So it looks refinished. (2) The surface is not completely smooth, and the texture is variable at places (spiculated). This is why I give a B+ for quality.  That said the bathroom look great, and I know that if I were to call the company they would most likely be glad to come to fix anything, and do any touch-up. They are very clear about this..

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"Overall, it was a positive experience. However, I was a little uneasy that the paint they chose was not the quality I would have chosen. Lesson learned. The navy blue paint marks very easily around light switches, etc. , or if you brush against it. Also, I almost had the feeling that the main painter was telling me he was done after only one coat, so I had to inquire as to when they were going to do the second coat. I didn't see any painter's tape being used, and now I can see touches of paint on the oak molding. Also, a few nail "pops" we're ignored and just painted over.

The other repairs were fine, except the front door shows sunlight in a small spot on the bottom corner if you're not careful about how you close it. They played around with it quite a bit, and assumed it was fixed.
