"Incredible. I had installed a water filter system 8 years ago that provided adequate filtration enough to prevent toilet fill valve restriction. I had a water treatment company (no good)replace my filters because of the maintenance headache. They installed their filter treatment system and after two days my water looked like shit, literally. My toilet fill valves began to clog after about a week. After a couple of weeks with no resolving the problem it was time for a change. I contacted Waterboy and met with Roy and Rita. We agreed to make the change. That was on a Wednesday and on Friday they were there on time to remove my worthless system and install theirs. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. They flushed and sanitized my water lines after installing their filter treatment system. I can't believe that after a couple of flushes of my toilets they are now filling like they were prior to that previous, worthless, filtration system was installed. They truly know water treatment."

"I called at least three other companies. All within $100. in estimates. One plumber recommended a water heater booster because of the smaller 50 gallon heaters available now. I was replacing a 65 gallon heater and when I mentioned this the Casto rep agreed it would help considering the size of my family. He explained the process and answered all of my 'dumb' questions in a polite and understandable manner. After reading the reviews again for the estimates I received I went with Casco. I am glad I did...the following Monday they came in and in about three hours we had a new water heater. "What a relief! Finally found an amazing plumber with so much knowledge of his profession. Thomas Harrelson is extremely detailed oriented and so thorough with the quality of his work. Our shower head was leaking and our previous contractor had abandoned us. The whole house water had to be shut on and off all day and Thomas showed up to the rescue late at night and resolved the problem immediately. Even though it was late at night, he didn t seem rushed at all. After fixing the issue, he even gave us a quick info session on how the plumbing works in our house and which knobs to adjust for pressure etc. We ve been through many contractors in the past few months and what a relief to finally run into a plumber who is genuine and honest about his work.
