A little bit of a timing glitch on one visit as the whole staff was called into a meeting that morning (hence the B on punctuality), but other times they were there right on schedule. NETR isn't the cheapest out there, but they're not trying to be; they really seem to know their product well. Definitely worth a call if you're shopping for a split system."
