"The salemam put on an hour presentation so that I could see my bad water verses the filtered water. He was patient with me and most importantly he didn t act as if he was wasting his time and assume that I couldn t pay for the system. The system works great and I saw a difference immediately. The system was installed neatly and I although I initially inquired about the water system for bathing and washing only; I also purchased the reverse osmosis system for drinking water. "I thought I wanted a reverse osmosis whole house water filtration system. the thing I do not like about that is it wastes a lot of water and takes out everything including the minerals. I also have very limited space to install it in. mark installed a whole house water filtration system that is the next best thing to reverse osmosis and was able to install a second filter that needs to be changed out yearly but gets rid of bad stuff the big unit did not. it will remove ninety eight percent of all the bad stuff I do not want in my water. he came out soon after I asked for an estimate and sent the quote right away and was able to install it within days of that so very fast. no more strong chlorine smell and water pressure is normal. sorry to say I had a closer look at the way it was installed and saw they used pvc plastic pipe leading from my incoming water meter to the water filtration system and from the system to my incoming water line. I thought pvc is only supposed to be used for drainage so they did not do the job up to code that i am familiar with. I bought a water filtration system because I am concerned about toxins in the water not to have more toxins added cancerous nonetheless with pvc pipe bringing the filtered water into my house for usage. very disappointed. just contacted mark to have him use copper instead of plastic. he came back and switched out the plastic for copper. mark is good with customer service. i am still waiting for water test results. i would like to know the difference between before and after installing the system for my water quality to know if it was worth getting it or not. i would like to know how much difference it makes. no idea how long it takes to get those water tests results...really want to see a significant difference i am hoping for."

"Stop looking! These guys are genuine and great individuals. Shamoon was very professional and polite during our â Pre-Flightâ he answered all our questions, was not a pushy sales guy. He gave us all options and we were able to make a decision without feeling forced to purchase the newest equipment. Very practical. Paul, our plumber, who installed our soft water, was also very professional, polite and thorough with what he was trying to explain with using the system. Paul was quick to let us know what he noticed with our very old piping and told us he may need to replace a spot on piping and it may take longer. In the end, he didnâ t have to but re assured to just keep an eye on it. He was quick and very clean with his job answer all our questions as well. I came across Water Specialties Group at the Pheasant Run Home Show at Saint Charles. They were the only dealer that did a lab test of your water before they would make recommendations. They then explained the lab test, what the water problems were, and what it would take to fix it with a guarantee that the water problems would be corrected. The price was similar to what the other companies were charging.
The installation was very professional with the installer more concerned on a quality job instead of time. For the first time since building our house 18 years ago, we have really good water. The water is clean, soft, and does not have an odor. The black water is gone. The system is economical on material and is easy to use. They even came out for a post installation visit with another water test to be sure that everything was operating correctly.
I could not be more pleased. Water Specialties Group is the first real professional water treatment company I have found. They will test your water to find out what your specific water problems are and what it will take to solve the problems. Their prices are similar to what the other companies charge. But the price is a much better value as the water problem is actually solved instead of having to keep spending money on more systems. What it took to fix my water problems is not important as each person has different water. The process that Water Specialties Group uses to find and cure the problem is what is important.
