"The service itself went well. The technician was on time and friendly. The price was ridiculous. They charged me $500 to change some filters and clean and inspect a system they installed. There was a leak in the system they installed, so they fixed that. The technician was at my house for a little over an hour. Even if they charge $150 for labor, that means the filters were $350?!? no way. Every time they come to my house they try to hard sell me on a new water softener. I know it's old, but it works fine. They've been trying to sell me a new one for 8 years! I'll buy a new one when this one quits working. They constantly threaten that it's going to break and cause water to leak and backup. Stop with the hard sell. It seems like they have a monopoly on the market in the northwest burbs. They know this and jack up the prices accordingly."
