"North Carolina Water Consultants installed a water treatment system (softener, UV water sterilization, and RO water filtration). It was clear that Eddie and his team are water treatment specialists. They understand water chemistry and water treatment equipment, and used that knowledge to deliver a highly effective system tailored for the specific water in my home."

"Excellent. Water doctor was there the same day I called and solved the problem right away."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"My only regret is not starting services sooner with CLEAR WATER CONCEPTS... LIFE IS TOO PRECIOUS & this product is too important not o have."

"Scott Sinclair, owner of Affordable Water Conditioning Inc. is a man of great integrity. Had a quote from another company for a Filtration System for our well used at our business. Scott visited and assessed the water metrics vs our needs and explained in detail what the filtration system would do. However, he concluded that he didn't want to take our money as he felt that the filtration system was not a necessity for our water use. He joked that he could sell us the Filtration System if we really want it, but his advice was keep your money and spend it on something else. B.T.W. his system price was way lower than the first quote that I received from a competitor. Pretty unusual to find such honesty from a service organization nowadays. Our experience described here should give confidence to folks seeking quotes for their filtration systems that Affordable Water Conditioning will give you an honest assessment and sensibly priced equipment recommendation."

"Part of the service was to inspect the plumbing in the entire house. The plumber recommended a new water heater and sanitation treatment, which I did not need. He was at the house for over 2 hrs, when all I really wanted was the drain in the master bath cleared. Additionally, he tore up the edge of our lawn by bacing his truck into it."

"We discovered a water leak on Friday lunchtime. Company was unable to get anyone out to us until Monday afternoon. We understood that it was weekend. Unfortunately by that time the water leak had disappeared and we were having trouble locating again. Hoping and praying it was a very big fluke and we will never see it again! Technician was professional and tried to figure things out but it just wasn’t there 3 days later."
