They inadvertently broke a part of the uv filter at the first visit, which they ordered and replaced as soon as possible at their expense. Whenever we had questions about the system, Chris took the time to answer them. We highly recommend them!"

"Outlet stopped working, found it was just the GFCI button. But the breaker did have too many outlets depending on it, so they separated one for us and installed a new breaker. They also identified an area outside that wasn’t sealed properly anymore and was allowing water from outside and into the fuse box. They fixed that too. Totally replaced the outside wiring that feeds into the meter and then into the house in like 1 hour! Lastly they installed a new ceiling fan we bought and identified a bad leak for their plumbers to come fix. (Old house) They were beyond professional and clean WHILE they worked. Also cleaned up after themselves. Fairly priced. Five stars 10 stars all the stars. :)"

"I purchased their RO system. I like it very much, but the water tastes slightly different than expected. I'd say a little metallic, but perhaps I don't know what good water should taste like. Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. This isn't a big issue since I'd be purchasing RO water in wasteful containers elsewhere and schlepping it home. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet. Their installer really knew what he was doing and was very polite and professional."

"I told Clearbrook twice about problems with my brand new system. It has not performed as promised. The owner said he was coming one day and never showed up or called to say why. I am a senior citizen and hear about us being taken advantage of a lot. I'm thinking I have been another victim of this unscrupulous type of behavior. Starting with day one of my project, a worker lost so much water out of a hose that the result was a substantial amount of water on the floor. Even though the worker tried to sop up the water, eventually the water soaked into the carpet and traveled up the closest wall. Within 24 hours, the house wreaked of mildew. I had called the owner and asked if his worker told him about the spill. He did NOT call me back! So. I purchased several bottles of mildew killing sprays to try to eliminate it on my own. I continued over many days to work on this problem. Eventually, I needed to purchase more spray chemicals. I was very understandably upset, and hoped I'd never have to need assistance from Clearview again. Since he hadn't responded to my first call, I felt he wouldn't answer, again. I did not even receive a courtesy call to see how my new system was working! To that point, the system did not seem to be working in the manner in which I had been told. After a power surge, I followed my written instructions, from this company, several times, to no avail. Very little water softening salt was being utilized by the system. The Clearbrook owner had stated that this new system would not use very much salt. But, then I noticed a sulfur type smell from a bathroom and the the kitchen. I knew this should never be happening with an all new system. My old system did not produce foul smelling odors. So, I reluctantly called Clearbrook. That's when the owner said he would come out to check it. He seemed upset with me, the customer! . He just didn't show up or call. I am distressed over this sutuation and have hesitated calling Home Advisor to complain, or to hire anyone else for any of my other needs.
