They were on time for both the quote and the job. A little issue on getting the required Kenmore permit, but that was worked out. "Other companies can and do replace duct connectors. Danika does not so now I cannot use my water heater nor heater. NOT their fault but Harts stated they do replace ducts. Why not go with one stop stopping. Danika said they would talk to a supervisor and get back to me. No response. Installation day I had to call when the installer wasn?t on site and was 2 hours late. Overall meh, I would recommend them."
