"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"IVE USED MR. ROOTER SEVERAL TIMES, AND IM ALWAYS IMPRESSED BY THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, FRIENDLINESS AND ABILITY TO QUICKLY DIAGNOSE AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM. THEY ARE THE ONLY PLUMBING SERVICE IVE EVER USED, SO I DIDNT GRADE THEM ON THEIR PRICES SINCE I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPARE THEM TO. HOWEVER, THEIR CHARGES HAVE ALWAYS SEEMED FAIR, AND THEY TELL YOU THE COST BEFORE THEY DO THE WORK. THEY HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, EVEN THOUGH ONE JOB TURNED INTO A TWO DAY OPERATION THAT INVOLVED THE CITY WATER WORKS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."

"I could not be more pleased!!!!!!!!! First of all they go beyond the state of professionalism. The salesman came to do interview on a broken ankle!!!!! Then even with all this snow, they kept the appt to install and arrived on time today to install and of all that I priced Butler water system cut their cost in half!!!!!!!!!! The installer was professional, safe and quick. I will never use anyone other than Butler Water Systems to take care of my water filtration needs. They exceeded my expectation!"

"Whoever Nick sends to work at our house has always figured out what needed doing (and not more) and been able to get it done quickly, surely and cleanly. In this case we had just at our water main changed which cause sediment to clog fixtures and kill water pressure. Chris gave us the good news that a replacement fixture and part was all that stood between us and square one----and he fit us in the next day so that we could go out and buy the kitchen faucet we needed."
