Honest and straight forward in the estimate process. Did not try to oversell us. Clean and thorough work and workers. They kept all materials and workers out of the house utilizing ladders and crane to get all supplies onto our balcony. Fixed the leaking deck and replaced all materials, including cosmetic beams to keep the design cohesive. Also secured the awning over the backyard that was also unstable.
