"Gardner supplied an estimate back in November, but because of the holidays, we didn't act immediately. Once we'd had our first rain this year, we realized we needed to act again, and Gardner honored our original estimate. I think I called on a Friday, and they offered to do the job the following Wednesday. I had to do minimum prep to make the basement ready for them. They arrived promptly at 7:30, the time they had scheduled to start. There were 3 people on site to work, including the owner. It took them about 7 hours to complete the work. They left our basement clean. They were good about asking how we wanted things done--where we wanted to place the sump pump and the drainage pipe. They patched part of the foundation where the concrete had chipped away. We haven't had enough rain yet to really put their work to the test, but we are impressed with their workmanship and felt the price was reasonable for the work done.

"They completed it in 2 days and I havent had an issue since the basement was waterproofed. However, they did forget to plan the initial inspection prior to the work as part of the permit. The city I live in ended up reaching out near the end of the permit date and I didnt know about it until then. I reached out to the project manager for my project at Acculevel about it and they did handle that issue promptly."

He was willing to look at the project holistically, and knowledgable on all aspects of the job. Many concrete companies will limit their involvement to only the concrete work itself, but most projects are rarely so clear cut. We had a portion of the wall rebuilt with new block, new rebar, and a finish parge coat. Railings were removed and reinstalled. The grade was modified using new fill, new river rock and edging."

"From start to finish Luke did a fantastic job with our project. We needed our driveway apron raised so it would be level with our garage and needed several voids filled in to prevent further water damage. I called on a Friday and Luke drove out to us on the following Tuesday to give us a quote. He took the time to explain his approach to the project, estimated cost, and even provided us with a free tube of caulk (even though we hadn’t committed to his services yet). The project was the same for all estimates... the entire basement perimeter with a waterproofing system and a sump pump system. He didn't try to "sell" me MANY other unnecessary products like one of the companies. He explained what and why everything was for. He followed up a day later and I called back to schedule the work a week later after my last estimate. His was $4900, another was $5500 and one company was $8200! The crew arrived at 8:30am on a Friday morning and worked hard all day. They sent "extra guys" to finish in one day, I really liked that part. The guys worked hard and cleaned up great. I asked them about hauling away a few extra things of mine and they did.
