When I called Homespec and asked for an alternative plan, they offered to dig down to the drainage tiles on the exterior of the house and waterproofed the crack from the exterior. They offered it to me for free to honor their guarantee. They did a great job and they stand behind their work!"

It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"
