"Bryce is tremendous. He came to my house, spent an hour walking around and discussing possible causes for my water problem, snaked out then shop-vac'ed a clogged drain, put his camera in to look around. All this for no charge because he didn't feel that he had solved the issue. Turns out he did. I'll call him first next time I need any drain help!"

"We got a bid from Andy Construction for water-issues in our crawlspace. Of the companies that I talked to about this issue - I thought Andy provided the most objective recommendation (though it costed lesser). Other companies were recommending a sump pump. Andy recommended addressing the source of the water (downspout drainage issue). We haven't yet gotten the work completed, but would recommend Andy Construction based on the bidding process."

"We had two crews working to address the water in our crawlspace. Thanks to David, Derick, Jordan and Sam, along with Wyatt, Tucker, and Quentin! And thanks to Kirsten for coming out initially and explaining the Groundworks approach. Though not new to the Pacific NW, we had recently located to the far NW corner of WA. The proposed work was finished in record time (and they managed to get us in a week before the scheduled work). This is no small patch but a wholesale addressing of the problem. It wasn’t cheap, but the thoroughness of the solution is keeping us comfortable and dry! Thanks Groundworks!"

"Our experience with Wu Construction was awesome. We had water coming into our basement, gave them a call, and from consultation through installation, they were one of the most courteous and professional contractors we've dealt with. Their work is quality, prices competitive, and communication was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone with water issues."

"I recently hired Iconiq Construction for my bathroom renovation, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. They transformed my vision into reality, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth, and they kept me informed every step of the way. My new bathroom is stunning, functional, and everything I hoped for. Iconiq Construction is definitely a 5-star company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch renovations!"

"The four people that worked on our project were all extremely professional and easy to work with. They did a stellar job building a new deck and repairing our house. Working with Greenwood International has been my best contracting experience to date and I can not recommend them highly enough."

"the whole process was fast and efficient. the scheduling was faster than expected. the job was completed and clean up was done and debris was removed."

"We consulted with three different companies. We selected Edmond's bid (although it was not the least expensive) because we were impressed with the level of care and preparation he described. Besides the normal pressure washing, his team scraped peeling paint from our garage doors and even replaced the rotting wood under one of our bow windows before thoroughly prepping all the rest of the house, including caulking cracks that had developed in the foundation and sealing gaps between the new roof and our siding. He carefully matched the colors we wanted. His team was thorough and professional; they took pride in showing us the detailed work they were doing. Edmond conducted a thorough inspection after the job was completed, guaranteed the work, and only then accepted payment. Highly recommended."

"Max and his crew are true professionals. They showed up on time, and let me know the entire process. They discovered the previous work was done beyond badly and made sure to shore up and refinish what they found. It has been 6 months and the roof is still holding solid."

"Excellent company! These guys did a great job of installing insulation in my attic as well as the removal of old insulation. Also, the clean-up job after the job was great too. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. No issue in recommending."
