"From start to finish Luke did a fantastic job with our project. We needed our driveway apron raised so it would be level with our garage and needed several voids filled in to prevent further water damage. I called on a Friday and Luke drove out to us on the following Tuesday to give us a quote. He took the time to explain his approach to the project, estimated cost, and even provided us with a free tube of caulk (even though we hadn’t committed to his services yet). The project was the same for all estimates... the entire basement perimeter with a waterproofing system and a sump pump system. He didn't try to "sell" me MANY other unnecessary products like one of the companies. He explained what and why everything was for. He followed up a day later and I called back to schedule the work a week later after my last estimate. His was $4900, another was $5500 and one company was $8200! The crew arrived at 8:30am on a Friday morning and worked hard all day. They sent "extra guys" to finish in one day, I really liked that part. The guys worked hard and cleaned up great. I asked them about hauling away a few extra things of mine and they did. "Seth responded in a timely manner, proposed several ways of solving the problem, and offered additional suggestions to help with the drainage around the stairwell, which was the source of the original damage. He was willing to look at the project holistically, and knowledgable on all aspects of the job. Many concrete companies will limit their involvement to only the concrete work itself, but most projects are rarely so clear cut. We had a portion of the wall rebuilt with new block, new rebar, and a finish parge coat. Railings were removed and reinstalled. The grade was modified using new fill, new river rock and edging."
