"They were excellent. They did exactly what I wanted. It took them awhile to get here because they were in Charlotte and I'm in Greensboro. It took about two months, but it was a scheduling issue and I wasn't in a particular hurry. It was worth the $74 to me. I had some issues, and I can't get under the house. I needed somebody to check the issues. I told them the areas I wanted checked. He showed me pictures and emailed them to me, which was fantastic. 

Aside from the scheduling issue, I would've hoped to have it sooner. It really didn't bother me that it took that long. If anything, it was better because we had a lot of rain and it had begun drying out by the time they got out here, which was better for them. They were right on time.
