"Zach, Dustin & Robert are consummate professionals! Zach did the initial evaluation of our crawl space, foundation, and framing and developed a solution to remedy the deficiencies. Outstanding job! Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. Their customer service skills are absolutely beyond reproach! According, they have my highest recommendation for any foundation, waterproofing or house leveling issues anyone may have!!! "After Irma, we were concerned about any damage to the roof... we had used Home Advisor in the past, with excellent results & great service from the companies we hired. We wanted to get a detailed inspection report of the roof- from a company that was NOT affiliated with any roofing companies. The company was prompt in contacting us to schedule an appointment time... the inspector showed up right on time, he was courteous & very professional. He took time to explain what was wrong where, if there was urgency in getting specific problems corrected asap... he answered questions clearly. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company! The inspector took photos of the different roof problems, then circled the area that he was describing specifically... the photos were clear & close up, so the damage was visible. He even gave us a verbal breakdown of approximate costs, for fixing specific problems. We didn't have damage from Irma, but there were other issues due to the age of the roof & other factors. We received the full report by email, giving us the option of sending the report to local companies... all the information tthey would need (in order to give us a complete estimate) is right there in black & white... We would NOT HESITATE to recommend this company! They are HONEST & it is obvious that they care about the customer AND customer's home! If there is a need for ANY future home Inspections- it is guaranteed that they will be getting the phone call!"
