"We recently used AJ's Waterproofing Services to fix our water issues in our basement and we couldn't be happier with the job him and his team did. It was very apparent from our consultation with him that he is the ultimate professional. He spent over an hour and a half with us explaining the issues at hand in our basement and the different options we could go with to remedy the situation. It never once felt like he was out to oversell us or take advantage of us. We knew very quickly he was the man for our job. The day of the French drain install, he sent us multiple updates throughout the day. After they were done for the day, they thoroughly cleaned the area. There were no traces of dust and debris from where they dug up the concrete. We just had a major rain storm and we had no water in the basement. I would highly recommend AJ's Waterproofing for all of your water issue needs."

"Fast Estimate , had many estimates from other companies and Waterproofing One was the best price for Us , Joe was very confident and knowledgeable and gave Us good suggestions for our leaking basement, the crew that installed the French drain inside were great, install looks very professional. I figured we’d have a mess to clean up after the install understandably. But wow they did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. Not a speck, they even spent time cleaning off the driveway and front lawn. We have been through one major rain storm since the install and not a drip of water. So far so good , we are getting an expected 3” in the next 24 hours and it’s a relief to know I don’t have to stress about rain storms anymore!"

"Basement demo and waterproofing, sump pump installation"

"Arizona Dry Waterproofing is run by a very knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest owner in Ron Rothberg. Our property in Lower Merion had some basement water intrusion every time it heavily rained. We went out and got about 5 quotes initially. Ron wasn't the lowest quote we got, but he was the 2nd lowest, and was very knowledgeable without being very pushy on services as some competitors were. Ron decided that digging and fixing the exterior barrier was the best path to take, so his crew spent 3 days digging an 8 foot trench near the wall that had the leakage and then sealing up holes, applying layers of sealants to waterproof that side before putting back the soil. Next rainstorm, rain came in on the same side, but slightly different location. Ron and his team returned for a few more hours and helped us installed a French drain and sump pump on that side of the wall as part of the original cost, because his exterior approach didn't work. He didn't try to dodge responsibility. He just fixed the problem and punctually too. We've now observed a month of rain, and no more water is intruding into the basement, so I am glad to be able to give Arizona Dry Waterproofing this 5* review. I had to pay to put back the flagstone on the exterior and the wood paneling in the basement wall myself separately, as they don't work with those, so add about $1000 to your own budget when doing a project like this for the cleanup work. You won't regret going with Arizona Dry!"

"We interviewed several waterproofing companies for installing a French Drain. We are in NE Philly where the water table is so bad. We get water in our basement with nearly every major rainstorm. After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. Ryan came out and did an inspection and showed us what our basement needed and what Dry Tech's installation would do. He answered a lot of questions and did great follow up with us, without being pushy on hiring his company. After meeting with other contractors, we gave them the job. The workers were thorough, courteous and professional. They took all the steps needed to cover and protect our things that were in the basement and cleaned up everything afterwards. The job took 2 days. While I can't YET state how great the drain works, I'm actually looking forward to the next big rainstorm"

"my whole home feels fantastic. very courteous and knowledgeable individuals. I would hire them again for all my basement waterproofing and basement remodeling needs in the future. Its hard to find a family run business with amazing values and professionalism. these guys have it all."

"BQ did an excellent job of waterproofing our basement last year. The men were fast and efficient and did an excellent job, This year they inspected the basement and everything was fine. Thank you for a job well done. D. Roush"

"Working with Just Dry Basements was best described as no-nonsense, fast, and high-quality. In a highly-charged emotional situation like a basement flooding - it is easy to just pick someone to do the work out of desperation. I was lucky enough to work with JDB, who not only rapidly assessed, made a plan together on how we would approach the job, and accommodated a difficult situation where the basement was mostly finished, and they had to carefully deconstruct some of the walls to put in the proper mitigation. A year plus later and a LOT of rain past, the work truly stands the test of time and whatever the elements can throw at it. I have since worked with JDB on other projects, and not just because of the quality of work, but also their fair pricing, friendly and predictable communication, as well as standing behind their work 100%."

"This company is awesome. They came out the next day for an estimate, and 3 days later my sump pump was in and the waterproofing complete. The crew was outstanding and professional from start to finish."

"One year later and with all the bad weather and flooding , I have not had one drop of water in my basement. Have been hearing horror stories of people whose basements are flooded. Steve and his team did a tremendous job at a great price"
