While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. "After some delays the work was done as described above.  It looked perfect. We were warned to stay off it for several days and leave the cars off it for a week so it could cure completely. IT NEVER DID! The office was very responsive.  Inspectors came out.  Perhaps humidity was delaying the curing.  "Give it a few more days, another week. try mopping it, etc"  Nothing worked. After several weeks they decided to clean the surface and reapply the finish coat. After waiting for this to cure the job was finished as promised. Except for the frustration we are happy with the job."

His team came in a few weeks later and were really amazing. I think insulation work is super messy and will leave a ton of debris everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to find a ton of cloth coverings coming in to cover everything and found no major dust/debris in the house when they were done. The guys were very nice and thoughtful while in the house. The work completed was completed on time and our house is definitely more comfortable. Our finished basement is no longer a freezer and the house doesn’t “sneeze” when there is a high wind. I have already recommended them to my neighbor for when he’s ready to insulate his attic!"
