Chris took the time to answer our numerous questions, even before we decided to go with them. On the day the work was supposed to start , the crew was early, professional, and all around nice. They found an issue, and the superintendent Javier came out and explained in detail what needed to be fixed additionally. This was a builder error, and they corrected it. I never once had to chase them for information, or finishing the job. The follow up for our water test was scheduled one day after the job was completed. We could not have asked for a better company or crew to work on the stressful situation of foundation work our home needed. "it was a great experience!  He came over a couple days ahead and looked over my list.  We settled on Monday and he showed up despite the rain.  He even texted on his way to let me know when he would arrive.  He got to work and knocked everything out despite a couple issues.  It took a little longer than he thought but didn't charge any extra!  I had some cabinet guys at the house and wouldn't have wanted to run some errand but with McKinley there, he had no problem with me running to the store.  What a blessing to have someone I trust in my house!
