"I normally don't write reviews online but this time I felt that I must review the very positive experience I had with BEST WATERPROOFING. I had one leaking corner in my old basement and call Best Waterproof Company for an estimate. I first contacted Sheila to schedule an estimate, she was really helpful and flexible as much as possible (they are very busy and I can understand why!). Tim showed up on time and explained me the work that needs to be done. He then put everything on a contract and gave me a price to waterproof my all basement. The price was almost 50% less than any other company I inquired (and I am the kind of a guy that does very strict due diligence). Since they are very busy I had to wait almost 2 months before they could fit me to their schedule, but the wait was worth it! My basement doesn't leak anymore and I feel that Tim and his crew did a great job! Tim has a hard working crew, and at some point I counted 10 people working on my basement. I highly recommend Best Waterproof Company! If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, and great contractor you should stop right here and give them a call. Tim will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and that the job is get done right. He will treat your house as if it's his and it shows! Because of my positive experience with Tim, I already have other projects lined up for him! Great guy, great company!"

"I've read reviews from other people, and it's interesting how people can have different experiences. I had a 26X65 concrete slab put in, and culvert put in along with some grading done. Kevin came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. I guess my experience overall was one that hit a lot of different angles. The work done was great, but there were some misunderstandings that was of no fault of Kevin's, but I made them his. One of which was no fault of mine, either, but the company led me down the wrong path painting the picture that what Kevin was supposed to do didn't. As I was out of town, I called him up and voiced my displeasure. He responded very professionally and explained the situation to make me understand that he did do what was asked of him. A couple other times, a text went awry and something else that I have since forgotten. But each time he handled himself professionally and had no attitude despite being falsely accused. I'm sorry to hear of other people's situation, but I can only speak for myself and what I experienced. The other thing that impressed me was Kevin was willing to haul his equipment, and did, from a few hours away to regrade an area that this company said they couldn't get across, which was the companies miscommunication. The other thing is response time. There was one time it took a while for him to respond, but living in a rural area, and given that if you're in the middle of a job, I can't expect someone to always be available. One time we even lost connection due to how things are. Just something to keep in mind if you live in an area with ONE bar : /"

"Overall, we had a great experience. The waterproofing job was great and works perfectly. The only downsides to our job were: 1) they were suppose to seal off the things in our basement so they didn't get dusty - the seal job wasn't good though so we are still cleaning everything off as we have time weeks later. 2) they were supposed to cosmetically fix some cracks, but it looks sloppy. They just took a caulk gun to it... In our consultation, they had mentioned they would do this pretty, smooth coating thing, which was not done. 3) they did not clean up well. Our floors had dirt all over them when they left and I had to sweep/mop myself. While the above things were annoying, the important parts of the job (the actual waterproofing) were great and look and work perfectly. So I would still give them an A."

"I had used Chris several times before and had him give me an estimate on repairing an area of concrete that had chipped away, exposing the gravel and dirt underneath. I wasn't sure if it could be repaired and didn't want to have to cut away a large area of the garage slab. Chris looked at it and said he could repair it for $600. I thought that was great and gave him the go ahead. He finished the work and it looked good. I could tell where the patch was simply because the old concrete was impossible to match, but it was a neat job and looked much better and my garage door could seal against the ground again, keeping water out.

"Braxton came as scheduled to level up the various slabs of concrete in our driveway. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pleased with the work he did and the level of service he provided! The weather did not allow him to finish the job to his satisfaction. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. He and Landon were professional, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!"
