"I used Keystone for both foundation stabilization with carbon fiber and a full basement waterproofing. I am a developer, so I deal with a lot of contractors. I have dealt with basement waterproofers before, and I've hated every minute of it. That is not the case with Keystone. They are a great company to deal with, especially my salesperson Brian and my installer Tony and his whole team. Keystone is a professional organization. They use top-notch products and are constantly in touch with you on the status. They work hard, their prices are fair, and they are honest. I am battling another waterproofer at a different location right now. In that case, they crushed my main sewer line and removed it without replacing it. They then connected the bathrooms to the kitchen with no place for the sewage to go and then covered the pipes with concrete. That would never happen with Keystone. Tony and his team at Keystone chip away at your floor like they are surgeons. With a lot of other waterproofers, your basement will wind up looking like junk. No so with Keystone, their final product looks great. I can't say enough about this company. To be successful as a real estate developer, you need to find the best out there and add them to your team. Keystone is now my goto for basement waterproofing and foundation stabilization."

"We contacted 3 professionals recommended by Home Advisor to have a sump pump installed in our basement, along with an interior french drain along 1 wall. All professionals called to schedule the "free inspection/quote" relatively quickly and we had our first sales/inspection visit the day after initial contact was made. The salesman/inspector from that company (DID NOT HIRE THEM) WAS very friendly, but the pricing seemed quite steep for the job. We had done SOME research and the price quote she was providing was essentially for the cadillac of sump pumps (we're really Ford people, don't need the sump pump to connect to our smartphone to send alerts, etc.) That 1st estimate was OVER DOUBLE what we ACTUALLY PAID to have the work completed - and we actually had MORE WORK done than was proposed by the 1st company. The only difference between that company and the company we ultimately hired, Advanced Basement Solutions, Inc. (ABS), was that ABS was frank with us about our needs and the cost and the product. There was no "high pressure" sales tactic of "my boss will give you 10% or 15% off if you sign today and schedule it for next week/tomorrow", etc. They were very reasonably priced, very professional in their workmanship and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing basement waterproofing services! I honestly can't say enough good things about this company!"
