The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. However, not informed that in sealing the crawlspace walls such application of foam would negate our termite control bond as the walls can no longer be inspected for termite tunnels. As such, we had to go with a more expensive and invasive termite contract to ensure that our protection continued."
