Very very unprofessional. Daughter gave us every story. Oh, I had a baby and section. That private nothing. To do with business had to sign contract at her car. Canceled twice said too snowy. Now it s too lazy. Stay far far away. They have $1400 of our money.

from Russ A I am truly sorry this happened and in 6 years I have never nor has any one on my staff ever taken money if we can't conduct a job due to weather or a birth there money is REFUNDED YOURS WAS REFUNDED I can't control god if it snows or a storm hits we can not spray if the temp is below 20 degrees we can't spray further more I am sorry my daughter didn't want to leave HER NEW BORN DAUGHTER in the car by her self to come in your house to sigh a contract I would hope and pray that you wouldn't leave YOUR child in a vehicle to conduct work IF THAT UPSET YOU SO MUCH I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE CALLED ME AND I WOULD HAVE EXCUSED US FROM YOUR JOB ONCE AGAIN I WISH I COULD HAVE CONTROLLED GOD ON WEATHER AND THE BIRTH OF MY GRAND DAUGHTER IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I COULD HELP YOU WITH I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SPEAK WITH YOU I CAN BE CONTACTED AT 716 XXXX

Russ, Tara, Theresa and Brian were great to work with to schedule and have a new build house in Amherst, NY insulated with closed-cell foam. Attention was given to completeness, having an even application, and steps were taken to protect areas and to mitigate cleanup of over-spray and drips. Although foam insulation is more expensive that fiberglass, it saves money in the long run plus brings other benefits as well: manages moisture and air infiltration. I feel that Southern Tier Spray Foam provided an excellent value for a critical need.
