    I'm a U.S. Navy Sailor stationed in Japan so it is often stressful when I have to handle major issues from so far away. Eddie and Disa at Executive Heating and Air not only gave me a competitive price but, more importantly, they completed the install within 4 days of my initial contact with them, they worked out details with my property management company and expertly explained all of the warranty and maintenance information for my new furnace and A/C condenser. I've only had a relationship with them for about a week at this point but I'm sure I'm in safe hands for well into the future. Great business! My strongest recommendation!

    I HAD AN AWSOME EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY I WAS GIVEN THE CHANCE TO OPPORTUNITY TO PAY 50% OF THE BILL AMOUNT AND PAY THE REMAINDER OVER SIX MONTHS WHICH HELPED ME A LOT THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THANK YOU AGAIN.....

    Executive responded very quickly to our request which was great. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem. He suggested what we thought was a fix for the problem, which we agreed to have done. The $360 "fix" turned out to be just another diagnosis and they wanted over $1000 more to really fix the leak. We called several other AC repair places and all said that the whole diagnosis/repair process should cost less than $500 from start to finish. We are VERY disappointed in what appears to be a drastic markup on prices. We have paid over $360 to have our problem diagnosed when $500 should have diagnosed and fixed everything.

    Response from Company:

    In regards to the complaint. We were told of their repeated problems which stemmed from the builder. We gave them a detailed list of everything we would and could do to A: Diagnos exactly where the problem is. And B: Correct the issue once and for all. In determining and isolating the issue the parts in question were under warranty and required us to completly dismantle the outdoor unit to make the repairs. This cost was also given to them in a detailed proposel for repairs of which they declined. We cannot do much more than that if they don't want the work performed.
