Tim, the owner gave an estimate for sanding & staining 422 sq. ft. & 12 stair treads. Also included were 2 handrails to be stained. Tim said the job would take 11/2 days to complete the job if the stairs were included. The cost of the job was $2,928.00. The workers came at 8:00 am and left at 1:30. They were at our house a total of 5 1/2 hrs. The cost of the work done was over $530 per hour! I called Tim the owner to talk about the cost and the amount of time it actually took to complete. We spoke for about 5 minutes and I also asked him to think about the hourly rate and call me back in a few days, which he never did. I feel he misrepresented the actual time it would take to complete the work. $530.00 an hour? Senior citizen...I got burned!!

Excellent job and helpful in suggesting ways to limit water damage to wood flooring by sealing up cracks inside and outside home.

Overall, the job was done as requested although the timing wasn't communicated as well as it could have. But I'd recommend them and would hire them again.

Left some splinters. Called for warranty, they said they were going to fix it, they never came. Product seem to be good, but I wanted to fix it because of the splinters, and I still have them. Not good for the money spent.
