Reviews
Write a ReviewAs soon as they arrived I was asked if I had been quoted a price, not what I had expected and they rushed I checked the drain prior to them leaving after their equipment has put away and the drain was still clogged, would not recommend
Tony, We are disappointed that you had a negative experience. Sometimes equipment malfunctions are out of our hands. We hope that eventually, knowing that your drain was cleared made your week less stressful. If you have anything further to discuss, please feel free to contact me at 209XXXX Tammy B Mainline Plumbing Inc.
The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Quality job done in a reasonable time.
Very friendly repair person
.
Job finished on time and as agreed. Excellent service!
They did good work in a timely manner
The older guy of the 2 got out of the van with an empty water bottle crushed it and threw it in my backyard, other than disrespecting me they would have gotten 5s across the questionnaire.
Hi Scott, for some reason, I did not see your review when you posted. I apologize for a technician disrespecting your property. It will be addressed at our next company meeting. Thank you for your business.
Mainline was the only business that replied although there were several listed from Home Advisor. They came the same day I asked about getting it done and completed removing the old water heater and installed the new one within hours! I could have waited to see if the parts I needed could be sourced but since the heater was 14 years old I opted to install a new one. Could not see possibly paying half the cost of a new one for service and parts and then maybe waiting for it to be completed only to have it need service or replacement a couple years down the road.
The repairman did an excellent job, was pleasant, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. What more could you ask for?
