We worked with Justin on a bid. We went with his bid because it was very reasonable. He had one of his guys out to our house within 2 days and the work was completed the same day. I would definitely hire again.

I feel as though their assessment was incorrect and resulted in an unnecessary sewer replacement. Which also resulted in an unnecessary cost that we had to pay due to their wrong assessment. After work was finished I was able to see for myself that there was no damage at all to the inside main sewer line. They are unwilling to refund any of the cost to replace the sewer. The supervisor himself told me that hell would have to freeze over before they refund me any money. Beware of this company

This is the owner of the company we had a written agreement that he would do all the labor himself and all we were to do was install the pipe. The first day we were there it was obvious the homeowner had no idea how to run a backhoe since he started in the middle of the yard. I had 2 men up there for 6 hours standing around while him and his buddies tried to dig the trench. I finally pulled them off since they were standing around and i was paying them. The second day we went up it was just him in the backhoe and he had no one there helping him dig out the trench we ended doing work that was not in the contract that resulted in extras.
