"This is the owner of the company we had a written agreement that he would do all the labor himself and all we were to do was install the pipe. The first day we were there it was obvious the homeowner had no idea how to run a backhoe since he started in the middle of the yard. I had 2 men up there for 6 hours standing around while him and his buddies tried to dig the trench. I finally pulled them off since they were standing around and i was paying them. The second day we went up it was just him in the backhoe and he had no one there helping him dig out the trench we ended doing work that was not in the contract that resulted in extras."
