Would not hire again. Did not get the weed control until I called and complained, grass was mowed too short and burned. Also they busted several lawn lights.

I've begun working with this company, but actual service hasn't started yet. 1st service is scheduled for 05/16/2012.

Managers are friendly and responsive. The actual work was average.

My only complaint was that they started the work before giving me their estimate. I had to come outside when I heard a weedeater going, and find out what was going on. After speaking at length with the foreman, I told him to go ahead and complete the project.

Altho't this service responded quickly and well, we decided to use another service.

could not seem to please the unit owners, reguarding snow. found no fault with thier work.oveall.

My lawn was very overgrown especially in back but they came in and took care of it without any problems and billed me for exactly what they quoted me.

Asked to be notified of time of arrival before beginning work. Didn't notify me when they arrived and started to aerate and powerrake. Couldn't find evidence of a good aeration. Need to communicate with their customers better.

They called promptly and offered their services on the spot. We needed the work done as soon as possible, so it was very convenient, and they were flexible with payment. We will use them again for lawn work.
