"Company was hired to prepare and excavate a pad site for a pole barn garage. The guy "Wilson" knows what he is doing however he short changed me on the services that we agreed to. In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"

"They re-piped how the pump was taking the sewage out and also re-sealed an area. I am no technical expert but it seems and looks like a good neat job. My only problem is that it was kinda pricey i dont know if it was a fair price or not, but what can you do.

"John came and gave us estimates and went over everything that needed repaired and made recommendations on things he noticed that should be repaired. He even replaced some things free of charge as he just thought the current system was not done correctly. He and his crew arrived on Saturday and replaced all the things listed above. They were very professional and extremely careful, even removed their shoes as they were in and out of the house. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing repairs you have.

The subcontractors who did the electrical and excavation work were also very professional. Ours was a very complicated septic replacement, and Nathan made sure that the county approved all changes and that we understood what was happening. He ensured we were happy with the final result. His price was fair. A septic replacement is not a fun or pretty investment in your home, but for an old house (55 years on the original system), it is necessary. "We have a contract that we pay monthly for any plumbing and appliance repair, like a home warranty. The guy came out the second time and told my wife that if they couldn't get it fixed they would buy a new dishwasher. So they rank very highly on my scale. 

What I like about them is that they do get the job done, but what I don't like is that you can describe in as much detail on the website what the problem is. But it's kinda hit or miss on whether they are have the necessary parts to fix the particular appliance. They almost always have to do second call or buy a part. So like with our dishwasher, they came out and sort of diagnosed the problem but they had to get the motor and things so you can be another week or 10 days with out the dishwasher. Which is not the end of the world. I understand why they don't do that because it could be expensive to buy the parts for all of the different machines that you are servicing."

He did it in a timely fashion as much as he could with Inspections and rain delays. Good thing I didnt move in the house yet. I will definitely recommend Eagle and Son Septic Services."

It went very well. Jeffrey Morrissey (master plumber & gas fitter) was able to locate the leak point that cause water to seep down from the inside of the back basement wall to the outside in a vertical fashion. We discovered the leak on the outside wall after turning on the water hose for the first time in the Spring. We also got 5 min of help to check our sump pump too (nothing wrong there. Just got a quick lesson on how to check if it's still working even though we have not heard it run for years).

He ended up cutting out the copper portion where there was a hole & clamped the other part for the fix. So far so good - it's holding well. It was found that that area was in need of additional insulation. With the extreme temps this past year, the hose bib line ended up with a hole (we've lived in the home for almost 20 yrs & this is the 1st time we had trouble). He left the drywall opening for us to repair since we needed to add more insulation (used spray foam around the repair site). 

Jeffrey Morrissey was on time and the first to respond via Home Advisor search; was friendly/easy to work with, helpful, careful about our home. No complaints. I saw that he was not on Angie's List, so we're hoping our good service experience will add his company on this list. Good service!
