"Good quick service and a cold AC again"

"Derrick came to service my HVAC system and was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would call Carolina Comfort Air and ask for Derrick any time."

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"Jeff was amazing and replaced the HVAC system quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the quality and results."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

I have been using Shawn for years for all of my heating and air issues, installations, and maintenance and I truly believe that Shawn can find a solution to any problem thrown his way. Highly recommend!"

"After a few bumps along the way, it was great.  The work was not started when they said they would but I understand there was a family emergency with the guy who supervises the metal roofing. Even though there was no hurry on the roof, we would have appreciated a phone call from someone.  My husband called the guy responsible for installing/supervising the metal roof and he said it was his fault , that he dropped the ball by not calling us.  I am not sure they had a foreman that really watched what the roofers were doing.  I sent David several pictures of items that didn't look right.  He had them corrected immediately.
I started to give them a "B" in one category strictly because of the lack of communication with the roofing supervisor and the corrections that had to be done. There is not really a category that would fit that description. Plus, David Francis always returned my calls or texts and corrected any problems I had.  We have several other projects and would definitely use them again.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
