We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."

"It went great! Vernon did an excellent job of replacing the furnace and air conditioning. He also made some improvements to my aging duct work to improve airflow. The results have been fantastic. A bedroom that used to require its own window unit to stay cool is now ice cold in the summer with the central air. Price:  The owner is a talker!!!  he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more.  I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work!  He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off!  BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!!  My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.

"I got several quotes for a new HVAC system. The prices were fairly close, but Horizon Services included replacing my refrigerant lines. My basement is finished, so this was somewhat difficult. They started the next business day at 7:00am and had the system running by 6:00pm. The installation was very neat and professional and they installed new refrigerant lines and a new outside air intake without cutting any holes in the basement ceiling. I kept my humidifier, since it was almost new, and they had difficulty getting it to work. However, they promptly sent out another technician who was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem."
