"Installer gave a courtesy call prior to arrival. Installer arrived within the timeline quoted to us. Installer s name was Mike and he was very professional from start to finish. We had a ton of questions and he answered every single one. His install was very clean and neat and he cleaned up the work area as he worked. Mike explained to us in detail how to use and maintain our new water treatment system. No negative comments at all and would highly recommend Mike if you are installing a water treatment system."

"Ken is a professional and someone I will call on again for service and will recommend to others. First Ken made every scheduled appointment. He is knowledgeable. I was looking for a water system. He made recommendations on equipment and answered all my questions. Ken's quality of work in installing the system was very good. Ken has now followed up with me 2 times to make sure everything is working well. We are very satisfied with the water system and Ken as the contractor."

"Called Anderson as our old system quit. They sent a salesman who found a leak in the tank and declared that the 10 year old system could not be repaired and then he sold us the new "lifetime" guaranteed system."

"Don,t count on CHW for emergency repairs; water heater problem...3 days before anyone could come out...contacted my own service... no reimbursement from CHW. Otherwise wait time is usually 3 to 7 days for assessment then more time for actual work. The repair services have done exceptional work. One service was rescheduled 3 times by company for assessment only.. took another 2 weeks for parts and repair. Another company made instant assessment and repair. Usually $65 for service fee. AC system was replaced with a known brand, but I still had out of pocket expenses of which I was notified ($650). Lousy call center outside US...scripted. Very frustrating trying to explain issues and understanding replies. Companies hired by CHW did exceptional work. No complaints other than scheduling. Will investigate other companies when contract expires."
