"My A/C didn't work very well for a couple of years and I really had to nurse it through the hottest days. I got 2 different companies to look at it and both said it needed to be replaced. I have had great experiences with Angel Air in the past and their quote was the lowest of 3 or 4, so I went with them. Last year on the longest and hottest day of the year (bad timing on my part) they installed a whole new unit and it has been running great. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "I am very happy with the service.
Tech fixed insulation on door that was falling into fan motor.  He removed debris.  I'm sure all of the other tune-up items were completed, but these were the ones of note that could I feel could have been a big issue.
He brought down one of the capacitors that was on the fritz and showed me the tests were just outside of the 6% tolerance.  He gave me a quote for the replacement.  However, I have a home warranty that will replace the items when it finally fails, so I choose not to replace it at the time (maybe next year if I make it through this summer).
I did not feel any pressure or sales pitch.  I feel that this is a reliable company that I would be comfortable using.
