"Very friendly service - good prices too."

"We were VERY pleased with the work and the service of PuroClean. I highly recommend them. We were impressed with their professionalism from start the finish. Their estimate was the lowest one but I can honestly say that wasn't the only reason we chose them. We were so happy with the service and overall value that we already got the ball rolling on another project with them."

"I was completely satisfied with what they did and happy with their service! They have their own equipment, they are polite and everything is good!"

"Had to have my home checked for mold and reached out this company. They were super professional, clean and tidy. I would recommend them for anyone needing this service."

"The service went well. They were running late, and they called and told me they were running a late. They asked if they could arrive a half hour late. I said yes, and they did so. They removed and disposed of the insulation. They also cleaned the mold from the wood and walls. And they set off an air based mold killing product too kill anything they could not see or reach. So far, so good."

"I appreciate the work done by technicians. But I am not happy with the way it went as Tina the sales person really made all false promises which I reported to manager. There was no prior quote or estimate given and also not aware of any certifications or qualifications provided as promised. Since I was in urgency, I had to believe Tina and went ahead. But I will not go with them again if they work same way."

"They were able to come out the same day which was fantastic! The woman who came out was very professional and through. She tested the area in question for wetness then went up to the bathroom to test the area. She told me that unfortunately I would need to probably fix my gutters and drywall to correct the issue but they do not do that type of work. I was very thankful for her advice and regretted that I could not use them for service after they drove all the way to my house. I would definitely use them in the future id anything comes up."

"We have a 1950s home with an unfinished basement. While we had no water or moisture issues, we had mold on the walls and some of the rafters. Jason's crew was very caring that the job was done correct and were mindful of a brand new exterior door as they brought in their large equipment. All in all his crew was very professional and worked very hard. They even moved, without charge, a refrigerator and freezer away from the wall. The walls were wire brushed, treated for mold, and painted. The difference was wonderful. We highly recommend this company."

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."
