"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

"The service was prompt and the office was very courteous and helpful. Given the extreme cold temperature, I told her we needed someone to come out ASAP. She said someone could be here within two hours. I said O.K. and within 15 minutes received a call to advise that the technician will arrive within the next half-hour. "MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. "My A/C broke and Gorjanc Comfort Services was able to come out same day and fix the problem. The Technician, David, was there within 3hrs of me calling. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what happened. He also checked to make sure the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty and provided me with the price to fix it before he started. Very reasonably priced & did not cost extra to have someone come out same day. Would highly recommend!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Koli came out and found the perfect furnace and options for our house and budget.  He explained the process in detail and covered the costs and financing.  He expedited the service for us, since we had no air in 90+ weather, and got the furnace installed the next day.

Ian and Steve did a fantastic job on the installation.  Because of the configuration of our split level house it took the had to stay longer than an 8 hour day, but they stayed until after 8:00 PM to assure we were set for the night.  They were professional, friendly, and neat. They were very knowledgeable and knew the best way to install our system.  

The installation looks great.  the furnace runs perfectly, and they cleaned up the job site spotlessly.

We could not have asked for a better experience.

"It was excellent. They gave me a bid and it was excellent. They had to install a new furnace flue because of the conflicting unit with the existing gas water heater. That was quite an extensive job because of the gable on the high-pitched roof we have on the house. They were excellent in getting up there to do everything they needed to do. They installed the unit in one day and took out the old unit. I was very satisfied with their service and the price and their follow up. I would absolutely use them again."
