"I had purchased a new HVAC for installation in my home. There were challenges to getting the cooling unit to function as well as running new wire. The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

"The service was prompt and the office was very courteous and helpful. Given the extreme cold temperature, I told her we needed someone to come out ASAP. She said someone could be here within two hours. I said O.K. and within 15 minutes received a call to advise that the technician will arrive within the next half-hour. He arrived within about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous. He explained the diagnosis and the repair. Great Service! Great Price! I will definitely use them again."

"The first time they came, they were polite, professional, honest, and he did a good job. It was a good price. He helped me out and answered my questions. He showed me something about the filter that I needed to know. He was right there on time, I think he was a little early too. I would definitely use him again, he went right to work. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what happened. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Koli came out and found the perfect furnace and options for our house and budget.  He explained the process in detail and covered the costs and financing.  He expedited the service for us, since we had no air in 90+ weather, and got the furnace installed the next day.

Ian and Steve did a fantastic job on the installation.  Because of the configuration of our split level house it took the had to stay longer than an 8 hour day, but they stayed until after 8:00 PM to assure we were set for the night.  They were professional, friendly, and neat. They were very knowledgeable and knew the best way to install our system.  

The installation looks great.  the furnace runs perfectly, and they cleaned up the job site spotlessly.

We could not have asked for a better experience.
