"I just purchased this house and knox had been out earlier in the week to locate, install riser and pump the septic. Jeff pointed out some work that needed to be done by the coming spring. Then disaster struck on Saturday night. Although they had other jobs scheduled they come out and emptied the tank again which although a temporary solution, allowed us to take showers and flush the toilet. The next day, Jeff called me at work and literally walked through the yard explaining his estimate to me. They replaced several cast iron pipes, baffles, boxes and removed lots of roots and installed a pipe to the street.
