"DO NOT USE SNELL. When my fan in the furnace would not turn on, a Snell technician arrived and spent an hour diagnosing the problem. He said I needed to install a new blower and quoted a price of $2,100 or said I could replace the whole furnace for up to $14K. I called another company. Their technician visited for 10 minutes and said the problem was very simple - the fan's plug came undone when I changed out the filter. How could the Snell technician not notice that the fan was unplugged, or did he see it and wanted to rip me off? I called Snell, reported the issue, and they said a manager would call me back the next day - which was three days ago."
