He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. "Carl and Brian were called to provide an assessment of the heat pump and air handler in the home we just purchased as it is the original equipment. They were on-site just a short hour or two after my call (may not be typical but we called early in the day).
