"Jeff came to my office to service the heating unit. Years past prior techs came and left in 15 mins. Jeff showed me the old filter and new filter in place. The unit is above a suspended ceiling and took an effort to access. Honestly don't think any prior tech even opened the unit. He did a great job. Hired him for job at my house and my in laws place. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
