"My experience with Elite was excellent. In a time when me and my family were in a panic, the technician from Elite was able to calm us down and assure us that he would take care of are home and get us back to normal. After expanding what he was going to do they started the clean up of are home. After they removed all the water and wet carpet, padding and baseboards they sprayed a solution to prevent mold an then set up equipment to dry the house out. The technician came back twice to check the equipment and make sure we were ok and also that the house was drying out like it should be. After 4 days are house was dry. In are time of need Elite showed up and took great care of us. I will use them again if I ever have this problem and I will also recommend them to anyone that I know if they ever have a water in there home that needs to be cleaned up.
