"Brian Davis and his brother Tony got the call to repair my deep well pump. It was during the power outage due to the devastating ice storm that crippled Lafayette County and surrounding counties. We were cold with little heat and now, no water for 24 hrs. They drove over an hour, through icy roads, to make sure my family had water during this stressful time. Within 2 hours they had everything back up and running again. They are very professional and knowledgeable in all areas of work. I won't hesitate calling them again for any job I can't do myself. "

"I would not recommend Dykes Air for commercial work. He serviced our unit three months ago, and since then, we have been trying non-stop to get an invoice or cost on his work so we can get bill our client. This is the second time we have had trouble getting timely responses from him. He is ignored all emails, calls, texts, and voicemails. If you are in need of reliable communication and timely invoicing, I would suggest looking elsewhere."
