"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. "Matt and Mike replaced our old barrel type humidifier that wasn't working and replaced it with the Aprilaire fan in humidifier, ran a new water line, electric and rerouted the condensation line to the sump pump. They also upgraded the thermostat and relay panel to be able to control the humidity from t-stat. Everything is running perfectly with home humidity at 46%. Also purchased the elite yearly service plan."

Omar came very promptly as I recall.  He was very methodical, not just asking what I wanted done, but suggesting a variety of ways things could be accomplished, always noting what would be more or less costly.  I like this.  Choice.  Then he gave a quote.  I ended up deciding to do the above.  He arrived a few days later with a two person crew.  They did everything in one afternoon.  Very professional throughout.  I subsequently called during the winter, when the Christmas lights went out.  His guys showed up an hour later, only to discover that water was getting into the extension cords.  When they shook out the water, the lights worked.  They suggested I wrap the connector end in plastic.  I did, problem solved.  Even though it was pouring rain, freezing cold and night time, they didn't charge and wouldn't take a tip!  I should have forced it on them.  Recently, when I needed some electrical work on an air conditioner that wasn't working, Omar couldn't come, but because he didn't want us to suffer in the heat, he recommended another electrician he calls when he's unavailable.  That guy was also fanastic.  Omar is not only good, he's a class act.  Loyal customer here.

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen!  What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection.  Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data.  And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money.  I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven.  No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer.  I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.
