I was very frustrated, and initially very dissatisfied with what was supposed to be final results ( definitely not was my monies worth) with a text and video of incompleted areas to the company a call on Sunday within 15 minutes of message with apologies and guarantee that problem will be corrected to my satisfaction happened to come on Monday! I received message of arrival to home , followed with pictures of completed work by different workers that work displayed professionalism and I was very pleased and person I trusted had to personally inspect completed work was pleased with the outcome well .
