"Absolutely fantastic experience working with the REM team. They showed up with an army of people who were all very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They took out my old AC unit and replaced it along with all the copper and ductwork also ran a new drain line. These guys knew what they were doing!!! "Josh was a straight shooter. He is a great guy who gives you the facts and lets you make your decisions based off of the facts without pressuring you. We had multiple companies come out who were pressuring us to repipe which would have been very costly and Josh told us he could fix the leak first and see how that helped us.
