He quoted me a price before any work was done.  Once the repairs were completed. The tech stayed for awhile to make sure the system was working properly.  So far everything is okay, and will use West Coast Cold Air in the future.

After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem.
