Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! Iron Air offered great deals to get our system replaced this week. Wow! We got the dryer duct cleaned out so now our family can run the dryer with confidence and efficiency. We are excited to get our new AC system installed tomorrow with cleaned air vents that will run cleaner than they have for many years. They replaced vertical insulation around the skylight towers with radiant faces fiberglass and used new paper faced fiberglass on all interior wall surfaces. They also put mastic on the AC duct joints to ensure there were no air leaks. When they were done, they showed me pictures of the work since I was physically unable to inspect the work."
