We met Sucoy first-thing when he came to give us a quote. A real people-person with obvious pride in his family and the business they run. He assessed our situation and recommended a creative solution to our problem. The upstairs work posed unexpected challenges, but his crew was committed to getting it done and getting it done right. He brought in a contractor and an electrician (both named Clarence) and a installation crew (both named Juan) that were all delightful and obviously skilled. Everyone bent over backwards to make accommodations to our schedules, at their own expense. They were regularly on the phone to each other coordinating the work - a real team. For the first week after the installation we wandered around the house marveling at the even temperature and the quiet operation of the equipment. The experience was entirely positive.
