"Project went very smoothly. Very knowledgeable group and worked with insurance well."

"These workers are no strangers  to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. Very thorough and detailed with expert knowledge. Simply explain your problem to them and sit back and relax knowing you can expect the best.

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"Everything went exactly as was outlined up front. They worked directly with my insurance company to handle the claim. I only had one small problem with some gutter damage and brought that to their attention and it was fixed a week before the final payment was made."

"Arrived on time and did a good job. Did find an additional issue and showed me the picture and explained how it was causing the smoking that I was concerned about. I would recommend."

"After talking to many companies about a problem we had that we weren't even sure what was going on, I feel fortunate to have found them. Floors Sag or Shake knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it on my description alone. Their work was excellent and quick and they worked within our specifications (for budget reasons we needed to do the finishing work ourselves and they handled the demolition and structural repairs we needed handily).

"Very well. After the water damage, we didn't know what to do next. New Day Services came into the picture, guided us step-by-step, fought to get the line items in our claims vigorously, and helped us oversee the repairs needed to ensure that our home was repaired to 100% satisfaction."

"Excellent work as ALWAYS. Under my estimated budget again. Jamey Cochran is the one to ask for. Less than an hour to complete what usually takes other hvac contractors much longer. This company services 3 of our properties currently in Cobb county."
